DWIMotionCorrect is for eddy/motion correction of diffusion weighted
MRI data acquired with b=3000. It is an extension of the FSL eddy_correct
tool which reduces registration bias caused by bright tissue in the
peripheral zones of some image components.
DWIMotionCorrect is a python tool and uses FSL FLIRT.
